At Behind the Woof, your satisfaction (and your pet’s tail wags) are our top priority! If something isn’t quite right with your order, we’re here to help.

✅ Returns Eligibility

We accept returns on most unused items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • The item must be unused and in resellable condition

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

🛑 Non-returnable items include:

  • Perishable pet food and treats

  • Personalized or custom items

  • Clearance and final sale items

  • Opened grooming or hygiene products

🔁 Exchanges

Need a different size, color, or product? We offer easy exchanges within 14 days! Just contact us, and we’ll guide you through the process.

💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

🚚 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for peace of mind.
